Dr. Raymond Obaji-Akpet (ChSP, FNIIS)

Raymond Obaji is a Chartered Security Professional (ChSP) awarded by the World Certification Institute, USA. He has more than 25 years’ cumulative experience in National / Corporate Security with extensive experience in Security management, operational risk and counternarcotics intelligence. His professional history includes anti-narcotics intelligence career with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) where he served in the Nigeria/USA Joint Task Force among other command positions.

At the Corporate security and enterprise risk management level, Raymond has worked as Chief Security Officer (CSO) and as Security Manager in corporate organizations across industries and currently provides security consultancy services and support on a range of complex security issues locally and within Africa.

He has a degree (B.A.) in Theatre and Media Arts from the University of Calabar, Advanced Diploma in Security Management and Operations from University of Lagos, Advanced Diploma in Private Investigation, he holds an M.Sc. in Legal Criminology & Security Psychology from University of Ibadan and a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Calabar.

In addition to being the local OSPAS team in Nigeria and active participation in security education, Raymond is a member, ASIS Local Chapter 206, a faculty member ICEST (International Centre For Executive Security Training) and Fellow and Faculty member of The Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security (NIIS).

Thomas A. Uduo

Barr. Wilson Esangbedo, Cpp is 35yrs at the Bar. He runs a private law firm; Wilson Esangbedo & Co. He is the Managing Director of Chiguard   Services Nigeria Limited. He is also the Executive Secretary of Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security.

He has been a member of ASIS for over 25 years and has served in the following capacities;

He is also a fellow of many professional bodies. He has been a member of Rotary International District 9110, where he was appointed as Assistant District Governor in 2022.

In 2021, He added another feather to his cap as he was conferred with a professional Doctorate in Human Resources in 2021

He is the immediate past National President of Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria.

He is happily married with children.
